Mike Hollingshead is a weather photographer who takes some truly breathtaking photographs of supercell thunderstorms, each as impressive as the next, however they have recently been taken to another level of cool after Mike decided to animate them in Photoshop.
The result is a truly mesmerising set of GIFs that unlike cinemagraphs are animated from nothing other than a still photograph. Being able to take a photo and add motion that looks this realistic is incredibly impressive. You can check out more via his website.
