This Chameleon Is Actually a Body Painting

What first appears like a photograph of a chameleon grappling onto a small branch is actually something far more incredible. The chameleon is actually two painted women posing in a position that makes them take the form of a chameleon, painted by body paint artist Johannes Stötter.

This piece took Stötter 4 hours to design and 6 hours on top of that to actually paint. The end result is incredible. Check out the video below which shows the final piece and how the women are positioned to take the form of the chameleon. You can see more of Stötter’s work via Facebook.
