As if mountain biking wasn’t a cool enough sport as it is, filmmaker Mike Gamble and VFX creator Tom Wood had the awesome idea of rigging up a couple of bikes with some LEDs and then trying to capture some Tron style footage which they’ve excelled at.
Using Gamble’s editing and camera skills coupled with Wood’s post production knowledge they stitched frames together to create the illusion that the bikes are leaving a trail behind them. If only it looked this cool in real life.
