Although they’re incredibly impressive to look at, if you’re as serious about your cakes and pastry’s as we are you can’t help but feel a little sad at the sight of French chef Cédric Grolet’s incredible cake designs. Taking the title for best pastry chef in 2016 from the Relais Desserts association Cédric’s cakes almost look too damn good to cut into or take a bite out of.
No stranger to creating impressive geometric foods you’ll notice whilst browsing through Cédric’s Instagram profile that he creates plenty of other amazing desserts too.
