When you get into IT you do so with the understanding that sometimes you’re going to have to deal with some tough situations that aren’t always down to the tech but the actual users themselves. As a matter of fact, there’s even a rather brilliant abbreviation for the issue which is PICNIC, otherwise known as “Problem In Chair, Not In Computer.”
With this in mind Californian artist and illustrator Li-Anne Dias has asked some people who are in IT support what’s the most ridiculous thing they’ve ever been asked or told and she’s then turned those into a series of hilarious comics. You can see more of her work here.
