Over the weekend two new works by Banksy have emerged. The first is called “Mobile Lovers” and is presumed to be somewhere in the UK as it first appeared on his website. The second piece is titled “Spy Booth” and appeared Cheltenham, a borough of Gloucestershire, England. This is also coincidentally the home of the Government Communications Headquarters (GCHQ).
