Three-year-old Dutch shepherd therapy dog Osiris has the most unusual best friend you’ve ever seen, a three-month-old rat named Riff Rat. The two of them met when Riff Ratt was rescued at just 4 weeks old and then nursed back to good health. Since meeting the two of them have developed a unique and close bond.
Riff Ratt loves to lick the inside of Osiris’ mouth, yet he never harms Riff – “Riff Ratt really likes licking the inside of Osiris’ mouth. I’m sure you all are wondering if we’re afraid Osiris will eat Riff – NOPE! Osiris has helped foster and care for dozens of animals and he is the gentlest dog I’ve ever met,” writes their owners on Instagram. You can follow the adorable duo over on Instagram.
