It might sound a little crazy, and probably the most random thing you have heard in a while, but this super cute goat went on a hunger strike for six days and refused to go outside when he was separated from his best friend. A donkey.
Mr G, the goat, and Jellybean were separated when U.S. welfare officers seized animals from terrible conditions and took them away to separate animal sanctuaries. Upset by the two being split apart, Mr G refused to eat or go outside for 6 whole days.
After realising something was up, staff decided to act. They drove 16 hours to get Jellybean and bring him back. From the moment they were reunited Mr G instantly perked up. The whole thing was caught on camera by sanctuary staff. What an amazing story of friendship….
