This image of a supposed X-Ray of a 70 stone (980 Pounds) man is truly shocking, and is taken from a documentary on channel 5 called 70 Stone & Almost Dead.
The image is in fact just a computer generated image of how Keith Martin’s body looked when he was at his heaviest.
The show followed his journey to lose weight and stand up for the first time in 2 years.
He was told at his heaviest he would have only 2 years to live if he carried on eating like he was and didn’t lose weight.
In the documentary he is shown to lose 25 stone, and gets approved for weight loss surgery. You can still see the documentary on Channel 5’s website until october.
