Over the last 10 years or so technology from every corner has come on leaps and bounds, but when it comes to movement tracking and face mapping, it really has progressed a lot recently with it being used more and more in video games and movies.
This video shows Project Omote which is a collaboration between Japanese projection mapping specialist Nobumichi Asai, makeup artist Hiroto Kuwahara and French digital image engineer Paul Lacroix. Together they’ve made a technology that will literally make you look twice. This is incredible.
