Artist Bart Smeets, otherwise known as Smates has just finished spraying this rather marvelous mural of a dog underwater onto a building in Mechelen, Belgium.
Truly impressed by this piece of street art, we are thinking that it was inspired by Seth Casteel’s hilarious underwater dog photography!.
