California based photographer Mitch Dobrowner has been capturing the raw beauty of nature since 2009 in these amazing black and white photographs. By travelling along with professional storm chasers Mitch is able to get closer than we would even dare to tornados, monsoons and huge thunderstorms.
Although we are sure the images look just as impressive in colour, the fact that they are presented to us in black and white really brings out the sense of impending doom that Mitch manages to capture.
