What you are seeing might look like paper cut outs placed on to the sides of buildings, much like the work of Jen Stark but it is actually the street art of German based artist 1010. Using abstract rings, shapes and colours the artist creates murals the brighten up even the most mundane of buildings and turn them into colourful works of art.
The layering of various colours and tones creates a 3D like illusion that makes the art seem almost like portals to another dimension. The effect draws you in to the art and leaves your mind wondering as to where such portals could lead if they were real.
