For many years movie posters have been an effective way of advertising a movie, and even in a digital age they are still produced to grab our attention. Over the years there have been some truly iconic movie posters made and Imgur user Ashortername decided that they needed bringing to life.
We didn’t think it was possible but they have actually managed to make them even better by adding in simple looped GIFs to either the characters or using short clips from the movies rather than just a screenshot. These posters that were already instantly recognisable are now even more engaging.
