Meet Darius, currently the biggest rabbit in the world, measuring in at an impressive 1.3m and weighing 22.2kg, but Darius might not hold that record for much longer as there is a new contender coming for his title, his son.
Darius’s son, Jeff, is already 1.1m and still has around half a year to grow so his owner Annette is expecting Jeff to be even bigger!. The two rabbits are the Continental Giant breed but thanks to their huge size they live more like dogs, living in dog crates instead of rabbit hutches.
Between them they also like to eat a lot too, munching their way through 2,000 carrots and 700 apples a year which costs owner Annette £5,000.
