Minnesota-based photographer Caroline Jensen shoots striking black and white portrait photographs of her daughter, Annika, that capture the joys of childhood. Jensen began photographing her daughter when she was 4-years-old, now that Annika is 10, photography has become very much a part of their daily lives.
Annika has become so used to the camera that she is able to act as if it isn’t there, allowing Jensen to capture her daughter being herself, dancing, playing and enjoying life as every 10-year-old should be. As a mother, Jensen loves to document these real and authentic moments whilst the pair of them understand that they are capturing moments and making memories to look back on in the future.
