In the last 24 hours the Calbuco volcano in Chile has erupted twice causing the swift evacuation of over 4,000 citizens that live near by. The 2,000m volcano last erupted in 1972 and overlooks two cities, Puerto Montt and Puerto Varas, which both have a combined population of over 250,000 people.
