Breathtaking 4K Timelapse Shows the Eruption of Calbuco Volcano

In April this year, Calbuco Volcano in southern Chile erupted. This was the first time the volcano had erupted since 1972. Fortunately for us, since the 70’s technology has moved forward a considerable amount, meaning that this time around there were plenty of people waiting around with high quality cameras ready to capture the action unfold.

One of those people was Martin Heck from Timestorm Films who set up his camera and filmed the entire eruption in glorious ultra high definition 4K resolution, making for one of the most amazing clips you’ll see of a volcanic eruption.
