How They Made the Dinosaur Noises for ‘Jurassic World’ Is Fascinating

In this interview put together by SoundWorks Collection we get to meet Pete Horner and Al Nelso, the two major sound architects behind the new Jurassic World movie.

In this video they reveal how they went about capturing the right noises for the dinosaurs by collecting samples from animals such as lions, walruses, dolphins, monkeys, pigs and more.

It also covers how they went about creating the distinct noise for the movies main attraction, the ‘Indominus Rex’, which needed to be distinguished from the conventional T-Rex.
