This sculpture of a warped delivery fan created by Austrian artist Erwin Wurm has been given the same treatment as every other car on the street after it was issued with a parking ticket by an officer. The vehicle was parked up on a street in Karlsruhe, Germany, when a passing officer decided to slap a parking ticket on its windscreen. We can only assume its a joke considering the vehicles shape, how can you miss it after all!
