This Artist Visits the Beach to Collect Driftwood, What He Does with It Is Amazing

There’s something very rewarding and satisfying about seeing old and unused materials being turned into something impressive, just like the artwork of British sculpture James Doran-Webb. Webb is currently based and works in the Philippines where he searches the beaches of the island Cebu to find driftwood.

Inspired by the form and movement of animals he takes the old pieces of driftwood and with nothing more than a few sketches transforms them into a life sized sculpture.
