At first glance the smouldering bouquet of roses that you see above could be the work of a digital or special effects artist, however they are actually real roses and this photo was staged in a photoshoot for an illustration project by Warsaw-based creative studio Ars Thanea. The roses were arranged into a bouquet and then set on fire and photographed. The end result is the beautiful photos you see here. We’d love to see more flowers photographed in this way!
