This alarm clock is all kinds of cool thanks to it’s unique way of displaying the time, using magnetic fluid which has the ability to change and adapt form. Created by Zelf Koelman at the Eindhoven University of Technology the clock manipulates the position of the Ferro Fluid with a magnet, enabling the clock to take on almost organic appearance, as if it were alive!.
It’s also able to display text and shapes and can be operated using a weather app that transmits the relevant information. So far only 24 clocks have been made, meaning it’s highly unlikely you’ll be able to buy one just yet, however who knows what the future holds.
