The World’s Longest Glass Bridge Opens in China and Terrifies Tourists

What was already a scary wooden bridge located in Shiniuzhai Geopark, China, has just been replaced with an even more terrifying glass one. The longest glass-bottomed walkway spans 984 feet and is 590 feet high with the floor made from 24mm (0.94in) glass.

Those that dare to cross the bridge should be reassured as the glass is apparently 25 times stronger than regular window glass. Armed with this information we would feel pretty confident in crossing the bridge, although the idea of looking straight down to the ground 590 feet below is still pretty terrifying. Would you be brave enough?
