Jelani is a silverback gorilla at Louisville Zoo, Kentucky, that likes to see exactly what visitors have been up to by sitting next to the glass and taking a look at their photos on their smartphones. Video editor Paul Ross recently spotted Jelani taking a look through a young man’s smartphone at all the pictures and even telling him when to move to the next picture!
Ross told Daily Mail “The boy was scrolling through gorilla pictures, and Jelani would motion with his hand to move to the next photo.” Jelani is clearly an incredibly intelligent animal and it almost seems a shame to keep him caged up.
