Mechanics Hilariously Recreate Renaissance Paintings

US photographer Freddy Fabris has wanted to try and pay homage to Renaissance art for some time but was struggling for inspiration, at least that was until he came across a mechanics shop in the Midwest. Fabris was instantly inspired and new that this was the setting for his photos which eventually lead to this brilliant series of photos of mechanics recreating renaissance paintings.

The challenge wasn’t easy. Fabris wanted the photographs to be instantly recognisable as the original paintings but also wanted to have a conceptual twist. You’ll definitely agree that he’s done a brilliant job!. To see more of Fabris’s photographer you can visit his website here.
