Five years ago tattoo artist JonBoy moved from Chicago to New York City with the intention of furthering his career as a tattoo artist, a moved that is clearly working. JonBoy’s client list is growing with a few famous names to add to it including Kendall Jenner and Ireland Baldwin.
Famous or not though JonBoy feels privileged to be able to ink every single on of his clients, “Like, if you come to me and say, ‘I want to get a tattoo from you,’ I’m like, ‘Really? You want me to mark your body for life?’ I don’t take that lightly. I take it seriously, whether it’s the biggest tattoo ever or the smallest little dot that you could ever want,” he told Refinery29.
