Lake Bled located near to the town of Bled, Solvenia has to be one of the most picturesque spots on earth attracting millions of visitors each year, but whilst most choose to visit the lake during spring and summer photographer Aleš Krivec recently visited during the winter time, arguably the most beautiful time of year and the photos speak for themselves.
Despite the bitter cold weather on a crisp winters morning Krivec’s visit to the lake was well worth it, there aren’t many clear days during the winter however after some clever planning and a lot of checking he was able to finally take the photos you see below from dark until sun rise.
