Appropriately titled Cyan II this photo series might just be the most beautiful architectural series you’ll ever see, not only for the amazing composition but also for the stunning hue of colours that photographer Øystein Sture Aspelund has used to enhance them.
Rather than seeing these photos as realistic representations of the architecture in Aspelund’s home country, Norway, they’re more artistic interpretations that celebrate the structures unique complexities and repetitive patterns. The added colours and added filters then given the sky a cyan blue appearance whilst the buildings a brought to life through a hue of pinks and purples.
