About a month ago Italian photographer Lorenzo Montezemolo climbed Mt. Tamalpais in Marin County, California, at night and waited for the perfect moment to snap this truly magical long-exposure photograph of a foggy river slowly flowing and meandering it’s way over the landscape below.
In the blackness of night the scene would have looked a little different in person however Montezemolo used the moon to his advantage, opening his camera shutter for 3 minutes to allow the moonlight to illuminate the foggy scene. The outcome is nothing short of magical as it looks like a scene taken straight out of a Disney movie.
