Tasmania’s northern-coastline has recently been overrun with bioluminescent organisms scientifically known as Noctiluca scintillans and more commonly referred to as Sea Sparkles that turn the sea into an otherworldly hue of blues when the sun goes down and photographers can’t get enough of it.

Regardless, there’s no denying that the Sea Sparkles put on one truly spectacular light display.
