Valais Blacknose Sheep look like part of a Metal Band

These are the Valais Blacknose Sheep and their appearance alone could make them a true Metal Band stars. This domestic breed originates from the Valais canton, in Switzerland. They’re raised for meat and wool alike and they are fit to live in the mountains, where they are happy with grazing the stony pastures of Switzerland. Both male and females have horns and, what really got our attention, a cute, original metalhead. I mean, just look at them!

The breed is quite young, the first Valais Blacknose sheep were recorded in the year 1962. They were born through cross-breeding with sheep of Bergamasca , Cotswold and Southdown breed.

Apart from these technicalities, these Valais Blacknose Sheep are sheer metalheads and proud of that!  We think they could make the cover of a metal album in no time. What do you think?
