This HD Timelapse of the Sun Will Leave You in Awe

This HD (4K in-fact) timelapse of the sun was recently released by The Solar Dynamics Observatory which has been created using 17,000 images of the sun which were taken last month. When you learn the scale of the bright spot passing from right to left it seriously leaves you in awe.

The AR 2192 sunspot is the largest observed in 22 years and measures 80,000 miles across which is roughly 10 earths side by side. Woah.
