Artist Transforms Run down Shack into Colourful Rainbow House

The house above was a run down shack in upstate New York built in 1840, and from it’s appearance there hadn’t been a great deal done to it since then and it was in desperate need of renovation. Along comes artist Kat O’ Sullivan who normally creates upcycled sweaters and clothing and has been doing so for over 20 years.

Once the artist got her hands on the run down building she quickly transformed it into the awesome rainbow house you see below. The artist explains “It seems like anything within my grasp ends up painted a million colors,” a statement we can certainly agree on.

The best part? she has said that the house is still a work in progress and that “It will only get weirder.” You can keep up with her psychedelic home transformation via Facebook.
