Delicious Chocolates Crafted into Japanese Words for Texture

These delicious looking chocolates created by Japanese design office Nendo are all the same size, have all the same ingredients, yet they each taste completely different. Thats because Oki Sato who leads the Nendo team decided that it would be cool to focus on texture rather than ingredients for once.

Each one of the chocolates is inspired by an onomatopoeic word taken from the Japanese language that describes texture, for example “toge toge” which translated means ‘sharp pointy tips’. There will only be 400 sets of chocolate made and are due to be sold at an event in Paris being called “Chocolatexture lounge.”
