With the amount of passwords we each have to keep and remember these days it’s easy to get lazy with them by setting them to something easy and rememberable, but how does that effect the security of your accounts?. SplashData took a look at over 3 million passwords that were leaked in 2014 and have made a list of the 25 worst passwords there are this year.
The number one spot goes to the good old fashioned, totally bulletproof password “123456”. If you are using any of the passwords on this list then it would be a good idea to change them. Here are the 25 worst passwords of the year:
