If you’ve lost your pet then you’ll be willing to do anything to get it back, including putting up hundreds of posters all over town with a picture and description of your lost pet. These people haven’t lost anything though, they aren’t actually looking for their pets, just an excuse to show off their witty and smart-ass sense of humour.
