Sadly the winter olympics won’t be on for another 3 years yet, it doesn’t come around too often, meaning that countries selected to host it are often left with fancy new facilities that no longer have the funding to stay open. Sadly this results in a lot of facilities and venues falling into a state of disrepair. Take this old bobsledding venue for example.
When a group of guys came across an old abandoned bobsled track in Sarajevo, Bosnia, they took full advantage by riding their bikes down it. It turns out this is a track that was used for the 1984 Winter Olympics, so it’s cool to finally see it getting some use after 30+ years!
