When Scott Martin, a proud new father from Washington took this photo and uploaded it he never could have imagined it would go viral. The heart warming photo shows Millie, his 92-year-old grandmother, meeting his new born daughter Penelope for the first time.
“I think my grandmother here has been holding on for this moment. This was one of the best days of my life, I think it was up there for her, too,” Martin wrote on Reddit. What a beautiful moment.
