Fascinating Infographic Reveals What the Human Body Endures During a Year in Space

This fascinating infographic put together by NASA themselves shows what happens to the human body during a year in space and the effects and what an astronaut must go through are surprising.

Astronaut Scott Kelly is spending a year in space onboard the International Space Station and during that time he will encounter situations that most of us will never go through, from being exposed to a lot of radiation to drinking 730 litres of recycled urine!.

It’s not all bad though. During his time in space Kelly will get to watch 10,944 sunrises and sunsets. We’ll only get to see 684.
