Sculptures Showing Men Submerged in Water Are a Powerful Message About Climate Change

This clever land-art installation by Argentinian artist Pedro Marzorati sends a powerful message about climate change. Created in the center of Montsouris Park in Paris the piece comments on climate change and the rising water levels around the world. The installation is titled Where the Tides Ebb and Flow and has attracted a lot of attention for its unusual appearance.

The piece was created for the 21 Conference of Parties, or COP21, a climate change conference that aims to achieve international agreement of climate change policies that every country agrees on. Marzorati’s work is helping to raise more public awareness not only on the subject of climate change but the event itself which will be held in Paris from November 30th to December 11th.
