Put down the burger buns and forget the chopsticks because this new trend fuses two of your favourite foods into one mouth watering creation. Serving up sushi in a burger-style the trend takes the iconic American classic and reinvents it for Japanese cuisine, swapping burger meat for chicken, salmon and shredded teriyaki jackfruit and opting for sushi rice instead of bread for the bun.
