These days it would seem that the need for an analogue clock has been and gone, many people use their phones to tell the time instead, but there will always be a place for clocks as beautiful as this one.
Doing away with the need for numerals or extra hands this minimal take on the clock from designer Scott Thrift uses a peaceful and soothing gradient to tell the time instead. The 24-hour clock moves at half the speed of your typical clock and operates according to the times of day and night rather than to numbers.
The end result of which is that you spend less time looking at numbers and more time focusing on the day ahead. Whilst it might not be the best device for time keeping when you have meetings to attend there's no denying that this is one beautiful looking clock. You can find out more here.
