Found in a car park abandoned at just four-weeks-old Kevin the Russian Blue cat was taken to a vet clinic were they quickly realised that he had a serious condition that meant his chances of surviving were slim.
Tailah, Kevin’s human companion was warned not to grow too attached to Kevin because the chances were that he wouldn’t live to see 6 months, yet somehow the adorable kitten pulled through, “I told myself that even if he passed away, I gave him all the loving I could. 4 years later and he’s still my best little love bug,” she told Love Meow.
Kevin’s condition is called Hydrocephalus which is another way of saying that he suffers from fluid on the brain, effecting his hearing, eyesight and general brain function. Fortunately though he’s not completely deaf and blind and as Tailah says, he’s one of the happiest, funniest and silliest kitties out there. You can see more of Kevin on Instagram.

After getting a check up the vet discovered that Kevin isn’t like many other kittens…

Although his condition has an imapct on his sight and hearing he’s still the happiest cat around
