Let's face it, normal high rise buildings, particularly older ones don't have a lot going for them when it comes to looking good. Faded bricks and white render often leave them looking cold and uninviting, but luckily there are artist's such as Super A and Collin van der Slujis out there doing their best to transformed bleak urban landscapes.
The two Netherlands-based artists recently teamed up in Berlin to transform a building facade into a stunning 137-foot tall mural of a Starling and despite being on a giant scale it's full of beautiful details when viewed from up-close.
The artists were invited to create the mural by active urban movement Urban Nation as part of the One Wall Mural Project. Check it out in these photos taken by Nika Kramer.
