Echoing the surrealist works of artists such a Jean Arp and Pablo Picasso from an avant-garde era artist Daisy Watson creates beautiful minimal tattoos using only thing black lines and her own fractured experimental style to create simple surreal tattoos.
Using organic shapes and simple lines the tattoos at first appear almost understated until you take a closer look to appreciate Watson's style as well as her influences from some of avant-garde's most famous artists and their experimental style.
Watson begins each of her tattoos with a sketch before finally picking up her tattoo gun and then inking her clients' skin. Some of her designs even end up being turned into jewellery, which you can check out here. You can also see more of Watson's work on Instagram and Tumblr.
