Photographer Turns Berlin’s Bleak Architecture Into Vibrant Buildings Using Photoshop

On a mission to turn the city of Berlin’s bleak architecture into something a little more aesthetically pleasing, 19-year-old architecture student Paul Eis uses Photoshop and his own artistic eye to transform otherwise bleak and bland landscapes into colourful and oddly satisfying hues of just about every colour you can think of.

It’s a project that started back in 2015 when Eis was waking through the streets of Berlin looking for some interesting buildings to photograph when he soon came to realise that although their structures were interesting they were somewhat monotone. This is what inspired him to start adding colour to the photographs he took and after sharing them over on Instagram and receiving a lot of positive feedback he’s been doing them ever since even expanding into cities such as Hamburg, Munich and other countries such as the Netherlands and Austria. You can see more of his work over on Instagram!
