On Wednesday at 12:06 a.m. Donald Trump tweeted something that has since sent the internet, particularly Twitter, into a bit of a frenzy with a message that read “Despite the constant negative press covfefe.”
Amused and confused as to what the president was trying to say it appears that “covfefe” was supposed to be coverage, however that’s not stopped him recently tweeting “Who can figure out the true meaning of “covfefe” ??? Enjoy!.”
The original tweet which has since been deleted however before that it managed to rack up an impressive 127,000 retweets and 162,000 likes making it one of the most popular tweets in months. Since the tweet the internet has been having a good laugh making #covfefe trend and some pretty hilarious memes have been born in the process…
