On the 1st January 2014 a small cat now named Butler entered the lives of Paddington and his human and from that point they’ve be inseparable, with Butler turning to Paddington the Shar Pei as something of a parenting figure in his life.
Often they can be found cuddling together whilst in bed or sitting in front of the window watching the world go by and even trying to share the same food bowl, all of which their owner is able to photograph and then upload to the 90k followers that the adorable duo have over on Instagram.
Sadly at the start of 2017 the duo received some bad news and Paddington was diagnosed with lymphoma for which he’s been receiving chemotherapy. Apparently Butler waits patiently by the window every time waiting for his best friend to come back – testimony to the loving bond and friendship they share.
