The capital of Taiwan, Taipei, is getting ready to host the 2017 Summer Universiade, a sporting event in which different universities from around the world compete against each other and to celebrate its arrival they’ve given the Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) a sporting themed makeover, turning different carriages into football fields, race tracks and even swimming pools with incredible realism.
Managed by EasyCard Corporation and the Tourism Bureau of Taiwan the carriages that run throughout Taiwan have been gaining a lot of attention for the sporting makeovers with plenty of people uploading photos over on Instagram. The Universiade will be running from August 19th to the 30th.
